Hi JK Parents!

We have had a busy last full week of school.  We celebrated two more amazing five year olds, as Summer and Emma both had birthdays.  JK attended the yearbook presentation and practiced signing autographs. It’s fun to try cursive!  We all attended the Ground Breaking ceremony and had fun celebrating at the party.  We had our last Art class for JK, and bid farewell for the summer to Ms. Lorenz.  We love her!

We all loved Ww Day!!  Yummy waffles!!!

We visited the Rain Forest Exhibit in second grade, completed plant journals, wrote stories, practiced writing numbers, played many games in math and literacy center, and sang lots of songs preparing for JK Breakfast.  Some JK bunnies chose to make big paper dolls like mini me versions of themselves, while other children walked on stilts or wrote and illustrated stories in their Cat in the Hat journals.

It’s always hard saying goodbye at the end of the year, but this year is going to be particularly difficult.  This class is amazing and full of the most kind, sweet, amazing children.  I will miss you all.

Have a lovely long weekend!

Ms. Massey
